cool pics, very nice to see then side by side and compare. I probly wouldve gotten the 2 door GTI, but still, seeing these pics really solidifies my choice of the ms3 over the VW.

And the question everyone wants to know, have you guys gone head to head yet?

He's still breaking the MS3 in, I finally opened her up a little on the Highway on the way up there after hitting 600 miles.

I have to agree on this one. the MS3 looks better. But both cars look so great that having either one would not be a loss. I must say, I sat in the GTI at the dealer before and their interior quality is awesome.

they both look nice, but the MS3 will own barely but than again, it's also the driver. With the same driver like the Stig, the MS3 would be leagues better.

New GTI with leather, that interior is classy. Driven both and I'd have to say I'd rather drive the GTI as a daily car, but if I wanted performance then MS3 all the way.

Well, with the EIP ECU upgrade, 3" Down pipe, high flow cat, 2.5" cat back and a CAI....then he may.

i dont think it "may" i think it would beat a ms3 bye a good margin

WOW a few bolt on parts and you got a 300w torque GTi ... nice. I just can't wait to see the parts start to flow in with the MS3

ahem. Not that I would know, but the Ms3 lays a whoopin to the new gti. The Ms3's DISI motor is very much alike with the Gti's FSI motor. Same type of technology and fuel system. They are both torque monsters.

Sweet pics!Both cars are nice cept for the VW's ugly flannel seats.I have the Best Motoring DVD where test ou the GTI DSG Vs. the GTI 6spd and the DSG smoked the 6spd.That's awesome!Altho,for this battle,I'd have to go w/ the MS3,since it's got 63 horses on the VW.
