2.3L rod knock

I picked up an 04 6 with 2.3 L 4 cyl. 113k... It has developed a rod knock, my options are , new (used) motor, crank grind and bearing
change, new crank (dura max)?? I'm wandering if anyone else has experienced this and whats the best option. I understand that the crank maybe already warn beyond grind tolerance ....then new crank, or new engine aaaaaaaaagggghhhh!!!
