1st time racing!! 03' Civic SI KILL !! :)

Well I have both the Mazda 3S and a 99 Civic Si. On a straight away, my Si will walk all over the 3, but I have 3 bolt on's compared to the stock 3. Now on a autocross I havent done yet but just from driving my 3 compared to my Si, I know that the 3 would out handle my Si any day. I love the way the 3 handles. That's what sold me when I test drove it.

We're comparing stock to stock here, no bolt ons. With equal drivers a stock 3 will edge out a Civic Si. Especially if its a sedan thats 125lbs lighter than the hatch.

Just to clarify, I ment the Mazda3 sedan was about 125lbs lighter than the Mazda3 Hatch not the Civic. The torque on the 3 wins that battle for it.
