1st Annual ProMazda North Summer Import Bash
Okay guys -
This meet is starting to get HUGE!!! I went to the park to see the area I had reserved, and it was not adequate for what we needed. I have now rented the Pavillion (which will hold 300 people), and the date has changed (sorry, but this one is final). We need more time to prepare, as many vendors have expressed that they would like to participate. Talks of sponsorhip are currently underway, and I will provide more details as they become finalized. If you know of anyone that would like to participate as a vendor, or donate products for the raffles, please PM directly. Please note that this meet has changed to include all imports...

September 4th (Labor Day Weekend)
TIME:
Noon - until dusk. Come early if you'd like to help set up.
LOCATION:
Bull Run Regional Park's Pavillion
7700 Bull Run Drive
Centreville, VA (Loudoun County)
DIRECTIONS FROM 95
Take 95 to 495N (Towards Tyson' Corner)
Exit 66 West to Exit 52 (Route 29)
Turn left on Bull Run Post Office Road
Follow signs to park
We will have electric capablilities at the Pavillion (and I will check to see if a PA system is allowed).
