My 323 has being playing up in a really weird fashion recently and im not sure if its one problem or many but I have read in other places that it could be a VICS problem.
My car is a 1990 Astina 323 BG SP Series I, 5 speed manual and is the Australian model as far as im aware.
The current symptoms are faster than normal deceleration, bad-ish fuel consumption and a relatively unstable idle. I'm also noticing a decent lack in power at the moment, its much more gutless than normal.
I already know that I have an exhaust leak and my resonator is not great so that may be causing some of the problems im not heaps sure but other than that as far as im aware everything else on the car seems ok.
Ive heard i could have VICS troubles which I dont know a heap about but yesterday out of curiousty I unglugged the actuator to see if it made any difference and im fairly sure it helped the decel problem. didnt seem to change anything else though.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!
