19 inch wheels & tires

whats up guys i was wondering if anyone can help me choose i would like to get some 19inch wheels for my 08 speed3 but not sure what offset & tire size to go with SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!

why do you want 19's? For looks or performance? I think for performance 18 or 17 would be the way to go 19 is too big for this little car. Anyways look for something thats maybe 45 to 50 offset and I would say 8 to 8.5 wide. You will have to do some low profile tires and roll the s*** outta the fenders to not rub with a 19 inch wheel. alot of guys rub on 18's with standard tires and a very mellow drop

i was looking more towards looks cause i think it already has good performance i a also lowered on h&r springs so do u think i should just stick with 18 inch

The right set of 19" would help to set your ride apart from any other MS3 out there. I have a black 2009 and like you I have been fishing around for some 19'" shoes for my ride. So you've got H&R controlling the ride height of your car, run 19s you may have to roll the fender for anything more than 235/35/19. The next thing you should do is invest in a rear sway bar. Just for good measure.

Might even have to roll the fenders if he/she gets 225 pending the offset of the rims ofcourse.

yeah especially on H&R springs you wont get much rubber onto a 19. not worth it IMO

I might just stick with the 18inch TENZO R DC5 VERSION 2 in charcoal grey although i would love them in 19's
