Yeah painting them is a lot of effort. It took me all summer to get around to painting the extra set of calipers I have for my Miata and I still haven't put them on.

I was never a fan of the black wheel thing. I have however, seen cars where they really look nice.

Yeah painting can be a PITA but I get it not everyone likes black wheels, to each his own.
