18x8 48+ (225/40/18) will it fit? (asap)

The title says it... I am giving my brother who has a 6 my rims with these specs:
18x8 48 offset on 225/40/18. plain and simple... will it fit a lowered 2004 mazda6. thanks.... don't have time to try them on.. i'm selling my mazda5 and will take out the gold rota's on them if it will fit my brothers mz6. anwers asap greatly appreciated......

do the fenders need to be rolled for it not to rub??

pretty sure it wont require roll, but on safe side you can always roll. test fit if you're unsure, but it should be fine.
