I got these at a junk yard off an old RX7. They are about all I can afford.
I put one on the front of my car and tightened up the lugs. It spins freely without scraping anything. It was a very tight fit though and I'm concerned about what would happen if I hit a bump or something. There is practically no space between the caliper and the wheel. Will this be ok?
I used 15x7's +35mm for my autox tires this past summer. They work fine. However, I had 225 wide tires and they rubbed a bit on the rear wheelwell. If you're using a narrower snow tire, like a 195, you will be fine.
The lowest you'll probably want to go on the tires is 205's... 195's would really take on an odd shape after beading them up. 215's or 205's would be my suggestion, personally.
