15" on a PR5?

would Rota Subzeros with these dimensions fit? Wheel Sizes: 15x6.5" +40, 16x7" +40, 17x7.5" +45 or +48, 18x7.5" +45 or +48 you can find em on cbwheels.com

15x6.5 +40 mm will fit nicely.

If you want to try to track down a set of 15x7's make sure they are at least +45 mm offset.

just go with same size tire but lighter. Your car was setup and designed for no smaller than what it came with. Also if you race don't go with a large tire, it takes away from your power by increasing the rotational circumferance. I understand where you are going with the whole weight reduction thing but you can get lighter tires in the same size.

you know, smaller isnt always lighter. you can get lightweight racing sparcos which are larger and therefore afford better traction (larger contact patch) and will handle better with proper tires as well

Well for some people a smaller rim may not be "blingin" but its smaller diameter and weight can yield some positive results. I believe Lauggernaut has a set of Rota Slipstreams which are probably the best rims for our cars when you consider weight, looks, and price. Check out www.machiii.net they have good prices. I might get a set of 15's for my P5...
Good luck in making your decision,

ok.....i guess it didnt take long to convince you to get 16's.....
either way..my feeling is that 15's wouldnt be a bad choice.

yea i know what ur saying, its depending really on price and weight right now

no it shouldnt really depend on price and weight, b/c 15's and 16's arent really different from one another its not like ur looking into 17's vs. 19's..
You can look into some ultralight Volk TE37 ...
or some light ROTA slips, if youre looking into 15's im assuming that your thinking about performance. IF not size shouldnt matter

i saw some 15" Slipstream i like for 450 for all 4 i thnk im gonna get those

I can get those with 15 x 6.5 right?

again flannelboy go to machiii.net and I believe the slipstreams they have available in our pattern (5 by 114.3) are 15*6.5 not 15*7. So get them and good luck they strong rims ( i used to have them on my civic)...and light..
by the way have you lowered your car?

I was just wondering does anyone know how much our stock
rims weight w/o the tire and how much they weigh w/ the tire?
the reason is I want to get some 17's but I want them to be
light. Maybe later on I will get like some 15's from volk or 5zigen
but for now I want 17's.
