12-volt power outlets (2010 Touring)

I have an 07 CX7 GT and the outlets do not work when the ignition if off. Is this the same on the 2010 CX9?

No, the outlets are powered all the time.

I thought the one under the stereo is switched (ignition controled), the one inside the center console is constant. Am I wrong?
