How do you calculate 0-60 by using your 1/8th times? I could 0-60 in 1 second and maintain 60 til the end of the run. I doubt it would tell me I did 0-60 in 1 second. The only way to get 0-60 times is a stop watch!
Awesome! I am going to the track on friday so ill try that. I was holding at 3000 then dumping the clutch... that was obviously not working... haha. I was told about 6000 and feathering it after i left. Thanks for the info. I gotta get 8's!acidbbg said:That sounds little high..From what i read..and what i have tried..5k is the place to be..this way by the time ur in gear and launch..the turbo should be spooled. Feather the clutch through 1st until it grips..and shift before 5500rpms..unless you have the mods to get you to 6k.

Look it up on the web...This thread isnt to debate how I got that..I took 1 second off my 1/4mile time. Stock it runs 0-60 in 5.0-5.2. Do you really think that Its not close to that. From 14.0 STOCK to 12.99.DeadGeneration said:How do you calculate 0-60 by using your 1/8th times? I could 0-60 in 1 second and maintain 60 til the end of the run. It would also be highly dependent on if you can get to 60 in 2nd gear or if you had to add in an extra shift to get therejcgemt2003 said:Stock is 5.2-5.0.(Car and Driver)..and I used a simple 0-60 calculator..It actually came out to 4.25 and I rounded up. Heres the link...You can find other ones on the web. They calculate it using your 1/8 mile performance and some use your vehicle weight. I actually used several different ones just to make sure and they all came up the same.
