1 year update (56k run like hell)

Well it's been 1 year since I've posted up some pic's of the 5. It's been a busy year as I've added, the wing, hood struts, HID's, and various other "make the engine look good" goodies. Whatcha all think? Good, bad, ugly - I don't care. Modding the car is threapy.

your DGM carbon fibre engine cover is crooked. i had the same problem in my P5. just use a longer screw and stack some washers in there to get it evened up.

How's the functional ram-air setup working out for ya?

It's working pretty good. The butt dyno feels a difference, the best part is seeing the c/f baffle move as the air is sucked in LOL.

Thanks for the tip chopstick. Didn't even notice till you pointed it out.

I have been considering removing the tint and doing something different as the laws have changed around here. A nice black tint all around is what I'm thinking. The rain guards are staying.

I was thinking the same thing.

BTW, I would like to know what wing that is as well, it looks pretty good. I am not a fan of wings on hatchbacks but that looks good.

I agree. The front windows should have had the same treatment for the full effect.

The wing is from Erebuni. I think it adds to the lines of the car.

When I bought the car it came with the tint and (at that time) tinting the driver and passenger windows was illegal. Now that's all changed and it's one of the things I am considering changing. Maybe adding the tint to those windows or re-doing the whole thing, I haven't decided yet.

The laws have changed for the tint??? What are they now (I thought fronts were still illegal)? Lookin' good - and it's the right colour too. You need to black out those sidemarkers though; get some overlays or tint on them!
