Mazda 3 HB 1.6 TD '04
Hiya,

Greetings from Finland!

I'm having serious issues with my '04 Mazda3 1.6 TD

The engine starts well, and I'm able to start the trip. After random hundred meters, the engine stalls, regardless of the throttle align. This may happen on the highway, on accleleration, at the traffic lights etc. Engine won't tun on until the power is cut down by the ignitor key and then restarted. No fault lights or diagnosis codes are provided.
When the engine is cold, it starts and runs well without any issues during that trip. Give it 4 hours break turned off, and this issue appears.

It's driven now 150 000 kilometers, and the EGR was cleaned some time back as it was jammed due the soot was filled it up.

Would MAF kick in with such symptoms? At least, the car is not putting any smokiness or limpness out. Also the accleleration and torque and engine noises seem to be normal.

Good advices are now needed..help?!

I would otherwise ask from the dealer service, but they're too keen to just replace expensive components and they lack the knowlege due the rarity of this engine at this car at this year model at Finland.
