1/4 mile times..

yup have to agree with ya joe, when i leave for work in the morning car is running great it is the coolest time of day and the humidity is at the lowest usually and the car runs great no stumbling but when it really worms up then the s*** starts especially on the way home in the after noon with the texas heat.

My fastest was 14.6

I had a custom intake, and 10 psi, and HKS blow off
head wind made it tough, but it went faster than a yellow S2000 and Integra R, the same night

RX- What was your MPH? The ET is very close to mine at 10 psi (14.5). Were you running pump or race gas? Mine was on pump.

Also, the BOV doesn't count as a performance mod unless the stock one leaks which it doesn't contrary to popular belief :)..

A K&N, MBC at 10 psi and halfway decent driving should get you mid 14's easy. No need for Injen or any other BS intake setup. They help, but for the price, there is more power to be had elsewhere. The car still has a ton of other issues that need to be tuned out of it also, it has a lot more in it.

Mine (Joe P. MBC) :).. the one I had the group buy for a few weeks back. It works well for our cars, but the small turbo and low boost actuator are tricky to get under control. Once you get the feel for the MBC, it works just fine.

Out of curiosity, I wonder what 0-60 times we are getting...seems like a car that can pull a 14.5 1/4 will run around 6.0 sec to 60

I would say anwhere maybe from 5.9-6.2sec, b/c if you think about it, (Stock) it does 0-60 in 6.6/6.8sec!!! that should bring it down a bit.:p

I'll post the details once I get it just right. It is very simple, yet effective. As I have mentioned before, I don't want a bunch of people running out and doing it only to not do it right and blow their car up :).. You need some tuning knowledge to do this..

Would an S-AFC2 or some sort of fuel management device fix the richness?

I know the regular and SAFC will not fix it up top, but should be useful for pulling mid range fuel and getting rid of the fuel cut. I have been told from someone that they heard the SAFC2 will work for our cars, but I don't know if there is any truth to that yet..

im pretty nooblicious so i will prob steer clear of MBCs

The MBC isn't bad, it was leaning the car out that I mentioned needing the tuning experience for.
