08 MS3 Orange Peel paint black mica???

If the whole car is orange peeled and noticeable, something is wrong. I would take it back. Unfortunately, paint is something not covered under warranty and the dealer may try to hide behind that, but this isn't normal wear and tear but rather a defect. So make sure you're persistent.

I have an 08 black mica, same thing...not all over the car but localized on the right hand back ...sad...but after a few weeks I forgot about it - until you reminded me(eek2)

Anyways, I had an Accord before, it was black but not mica, and after a bumper bender the body shop didn't paint the bumper right and I had them re-do it. They said they just "buffed it out"..

Maybe your dealer can do the same ?

Try, whine, complain, and don't let it get to you..Enjoy the real virtues of this marvel.

I know, we black owners are picky, but those first nicks and scratches will be more painful.

hard to take pix of orange peel defect

but go to the grocer store and hold an orange. See the peel, the textur, that is how the paint looks like. lemons are the same way.
Wish i had bought the red one but very few dlrs had one that were willing to negotiate.
