So last year around Feb i was at my gf house and she asked me to park my car from the street to her garage so my car was maybe on for a total of 10 seconds. The next moring i went to turn on my carbut the car wouldnt turn over (meaning that it would turn on but the engine would turn on to move) so i took it to a mechanic and he said he could find anything wrong with it after taking the engine apart but after taking it aprt he noticed the engine would turn and the car was far so that leads us to today. I washed my car in the front yard and before then i moved my car a lil bit forward for a better reach to the water hose so my engine wasnt on for long. A couple hours later i went to use my car later on and same situation happened...the engine wouldnt come on..has anyone dealt with this before?

i think you shouldn't drive your car such short distances leave it running for a few minutes everytime you start it. and you have most likely flooded it.
the ecu is pumping more petrol in when you first start.
It's different between models but usually you hold the accelerator in when you try try to crank it so when you start its not trying to add even more petrol.
you should google rotary driving behaviour.
I notice a lot or rx8 drivers jump in their cars and drive hard straight away.

Thank you

You should read all of that thread and the maintenance thread that is a sticky. BTW if you flooded it twice you should at least have a look at your plugs. It is very likely that they should be replaced (coils too unless they are brand new).
