04 17" Mazda3 Stocks on an 03 MP5?

Thanks for the response... Im gonna buy it thro our local recycler for $400 w/o tires.. Is that too much??? Or, can you refer me to somewhere else... Also, anyone have any pics of the P5 w/ 17" MZ3 stocks???

A guy on here said he just got a set of take-offs(with tires) for $350 at the dealership...He admitted he got a hookup from a friend, but also said they usually sell them for 400-450...so I dont think 400 is so great without tires(shrug)

A friend of mine who just bought a 3 is supposed to be selling me his 17s and we agreed on 400.

Well seeing how Mazda has them priced at about $410.00 a piece new, I'd say $400 for the set is pretty damn good. Even with purchasing 4 new tires, you'd still be making out better than if you bought them new and individually. I wish I could find a set I'm stalking the new car department for a set of take-offs... ::sighs::

Tell me about it. when I needed one wheel for the P5, dealer wanted $370 for just the wheel!!!!! (boom01)

Thats when I made the move to aftermarket wheels/tires. Mounted, balanced, and road tested from Rishie for $1k! Much better deal, IMO.

When I traded in my 03.5 for an 02, I made them exchange the wheels as part of the deal...I prefer the newer ones, and I knew they would bend me over.

No vaseline even at those prices.

I have the Mazda3 wheels on the car now, but I havent installed the MP3 springs that Ive purchased yet. Im hoping since the drop is moderate, nothing will rub. I'll know soon enough..... Any thoughts?
