Tried to start her last night and it wouldn't turn over. It cranked over about three times when I first tried and now is slow to turn over once.

It was a cold weekend but warmed up enough, I figured it wouldn't be any trouble to start.

ideas?

I found that if it's REALLY cold out a battery blanket heater works wonders. I picked up one for $25 at Advance Auto Parts and my car starts right up when it's below 0. Before it was really struggling. Keeping the battery warmer than the outside temps will help with the CCA, but it sounds like maybe your battery is just not strong enough anymore.

On the coldest days - turn on the headlights for 30 seconds to warm the battery. Turn them off and then start it. You will gain more starting amps from the warmer battery than you lost from using the heqadlights... ;)

Nice...
