03 mpv that wont run the egr or evap moniters

used car lot brought this mpv to me after multiple attempts by the dealer and other shops to get this vehicle to smog. i have managed to find 2 evap problems with a new EASE scan tool. TID$25...max psi rise and a TID$26 internal tank vac at max limit. evap test seem to show no leaks.....any ideas on what went wrong and why wont it run egr??. egr seems to funtion and no mode 6 failure

Is the EGR Blocked?

no egr blockage...when run on dyno nox is low so i know egr is working.. i can view test results for egr monitor test and no failures are recorded

Hmm,

The evap system is quite complex with many points of failure.

Anything from a Solenoid, Line blockage, or even control fail.

It sounds like you have checked the s*** out of it.


Have you looked into possible O2 Related errors, Mass Air, Loose Intake, Dirty Filter, even Bad gas or the improper Fuel Pressure will throw economy out.
