Well, one more problem exposed from cylinder deactivation for the 2.5L NA. The major one waiting to happen is a TSB with modified cylinder head for the 2mm thin wall which could crack.
Based on the TSB you don’t have too much choice other than waiting for the CEL to be on and the DTC P0524 or P055F stored in the memory. No obvious symptoms you can tell until the engine is ruined due to the low or out of range oil pressure.so, should I just bring my 2019 cx5 na to dealer and say I have a concern ? even though
I don't remember seeing this warning, guess it could be stored in memory.. ???
what would the symptoms of this tsb be ?
