Robmonkey, They are NOT the same, all the mats are different shaped. For the 2010 model the drivers mat is shortened as well with different mounting holes for the hook, while the passenger mat has holes for passenger mounting hooks on both sides (two holes), where the 1st gen MS3 does not. So...

I just filled out the NHTSA form. I didn't have my VIN handy, so I'll likely fill it out again under a family member's name again when I have the car to go get the VIN number from it. Please fill this out everyone!
