I understand but you need the fan to run if necessary when the car is at idle. There is a possibility of overheating. I live in Houston and summer is almost here and that would be a big problem for me.

I can actually wait for the fan to come on and then turn the key to off and let the TT start to work and the fan stops. Then all I have to do is turn the key to the on position and the fan comes back on. (pissed)

Radio stays on, Air condition shuts off and the cooling fan shuts off. But the engine does stay running as long as needed. Just is not good to run the enginge with no fan due to possible overheating.
