As an owner of both and MP5 and one of the first RX-8's, the P5 is just, well, a station wagon now... Love the RX8. Keep the tunes off and just rev the crap outta that engine. Best music ever :)

Insurance - 61/mo for me - cheaper the my p5 Gas Mileage - So??? it is a rotary sports car. They are not know for their mileage ever. It didn't slow down my decision. Torque - Why do you need torque when you can rev it to 9K. It may not jump off the line like a WRX, but it will blow it away...

The BABY seat DOES fit. Checkout www.rx8club.com and search for baby seats. Lots of guys have them. Ill have one in my 8 by July :)
