You should be fine with the setup you describe. We run XP pro on ~550mhz Dell P3's, up to 2.0Ghz P4's here where I work. Most of the boxes here are running 128mb of ram, and they work fine. Office XP, a and couple of in house apps run constantly. My Box (I'm a developer) is an Dell 866mhz PIII...

Valvoline makes both Synthetic Power Steering fluid and brake fluid... I saw in the other day in Autozone when looking for some Techron or something. Synthetic oil might be a good idea in such a harsh climate too, if you aren't doing it already. Anyways, figured I'd let you know that the stuff...

Alright, I owned a 1994 Probe GT, 5 speed. Stock, it should be in the 15's... Mid to high range.. if I am not mistaken. It would not have 190hp at the crank with a "muffler tip"... Maybe 165 vs. the stock 164. lol. Mine had the mods listed below, and I would imagine I was not even close to...

Just a footnote In my friend's totally stock P5 5-speed, (only difference from any other was the roof rack removed) we went an indicated 120 MPH. on my GPS it read 109 at the time. At about 90 or so the variance in speed started (GPS vs. Speedo). It seemed like my old P5 was a little bit off...

What operating system are you using? And is the music cd still opening in the Windows Media Player? (If it usually did...) I use www.winamp.com for my Mp3's and Music cd's it seems to work well...
