I think this guy lives in Tracy, which is where i live, because i see another or the same car with same paper plates parked in the same place every day almost off Tracy Blvd.

yea thats exactly how mine was only the rim was worse and in the front. and yea i did call, im a 19 year old male, they charge me way more just cuz of that. Then i got a ticket. so it will go up some if i claim tihs, then if i get anything else on my insurence it will double.
