I've got 140,000 on mine and it's still running strong. I did have to replace the pre cat but I just removed the pre cat and went with straight headers like most guys do that can get away with it. Don't use boshe parts or plugs in your car is one suggestion I'd give.

When I think about it it seems the problem starts with cylinder misfire which then leads to clogged up converters that cost way to much to replace. So I suggest if anyone starts to have a problem with occasional bog in your ride then replace your coils and plugs fast.

I had similar issues and ended up having to replace one of the ignition coils after I replaced the plugs and wires and was told the pre-catalytic converter was toast too so I just pulled that and installed a new header that bolts straight up to the main cat.

The link I posted above has the rail caps and they are pictured in the description as item 11 and 12. That is not the whole rail but the caps that fill the space when you remove the cross rails. I will add the link again...

Also now that I'm looking at the diagram closer you could also need part number 14 which is just a seal but doesn't appear to be added until you use the caps. Common sense says you would need that part for both left and right but I figured I would say it too.:) http://www.insuranceleak.com
