ok, for which paint, any paint will do. you just have to prep the surface of the emblems properly 1st before painting to avoid problems later on. for the color, it will depend on what look you're after. black will make the emblems visually disappear specially from afar.

if your emblems have screws, then the only way to remove them is to take out the screws 1st. another possibility is that your emblems use screwed on locks. try pushing on the screws with your fingers, they should pop out.

-speedo cable must be broken -odometer won't work too if the speedo cable is broken -squeal may be coming from the engine belts which require tightening -idle speed to low or you simply just need a tune-up -the brake indicator also lights up when the brake fluid level is low hth.

is it possible to swap the older and newer manifolds between b6 engines regardless of the year it was released?

thanks for the info. is that manifold more compact compared to the later versions of the b6 intake manifold? the later versions are similar to the bp intake manifolds.

quick question... what year did those b6 engines come out? the ones that have the intake tube going over the top of the cam cover instead of the ones that goes to the side.
