Yea I remember doing something like this before to relieve the pressure. Instead I just pulled the fuel pump fuse and let it stall. I guess no one is sure if it would do the same thing? That's how I did it on my b13 se-r. Of course, this is much different. -B

I got a friend who has sent out numerous valve covers to get powdercoated. I forget how much it cost but I can ask if you guys are interested. They do really nice work. I'll try to get some pics by the time he gets back from work. -B

Good Luck with everything...as far as aftermarket axles, maybe give raxles a shot?? I know they have made good strong axles for the sr20 community (me being a former sr20 guy myself) but they weren't cheap. However, in this game of modifying cars...everything has a price tag. Let us know how...
