    Original Equipment Wheel Chips.

Two winters in Ohio and 55,000 miles later, my Original Equipment Polished Aluminum Rims are ruined. They have clear coat chips all over them and it makes the wheel look dirty. Nothing I have done makes the chips appear less visible. Does anyone else have this problem? Anyone have a solution...

Yeah, front plates suck but they are the law in most states. My friend that has an MP3 just got a DUI.....they pulled him over for not having a front plate. I like to some ass loads of weed so I wouldn't dare remove mine. I got busted for weed about 4 years ago because the cop couldn't see...

    Dunlops

Yeah, if you don't kill yourself you will be buying new tires in about 500 miles because you will probably bust a belt or have a crazy amount of irregular wear.

I need some help! I am installing a system in my P5 and I want to run new wires to the door speakers. The rubber boot that is on each doors has a hiring harness built into the frame of the car and there is NO WAY to run a wire thru it. Has any one ran new speaker wires? How did you do it...

    synthetic conversion

I switched to Mobil 1 @ around 4,000 miles. I just changed it again about a week ago @ 10,000 miles. All seems to be great and I plan on using no other oil than Mobil 1. As far wanting to switch back after changing to synthetic, it really doesn't matters as long as you "completely" drain the...

NO clearcoat on our yellow and black Protege's

I found this link that has the paint color code data sheet from PPG. If you look at the bottom in fine print it says "basecoat/clearcoat. When you look at the the color chart all of the paints have two codes. ie BLue it LD/21S, White is YO/UB. I assume that the first number is the...

    shaved side moldings

I did mine last weekend and it only took me about an hour to remove them and to put a fresh coat of wax on the whole car. Mine just pealed right off, adhesive and all. Pretty much all I had to do was go back over the spots with some adhesive remover to get the excess off. Not real...

It was actually really easy to remove them. If you want to know how to remove certain pieces you can email me and I will explain. I have a few pics of the removal process also that I can share. Once you get past the fear of tearing the interior of your car apart it's pretty easy to do..........

Thanks a lot everyone, I really put a lot of work into this, feels good to have such nice reviews. I removed all of the pieces that I was going to paint, I sanded all of them down, and then used Krylon Fusion to paint them with. Fusion is made especially for plastics, it requires no primer or...

    Dash Treatments

I either use a wet rag to clean my interior trim or if you need to treat it I'd use Meguiar's Natural Shine Vinyl/Rubber Protectant. It won't shine too much to where it look "fake", it will leave it with a low gloss natural shine. Anything that is made by Meguiar's is the s***, they are...
