Well, it's definitely an exhaust leak. I pullled the heat shield today and the two studs on the far left side were missing. I just need to pick up an oxygen sensor wrench to get the shield off and I'll replace the studs. Once again, this website has helped me out. Thanks!

Thanks for the compliments. Like I said, it's good excuse to lube the squeaky front end. It took me about 15 minutes per wheel after I did the first one. A wire brush on the end of a cordless drill FTW!

I de-rusted and painted my rotors flat black. Looking much better behind the wheels now!! Oh yeah, I took the opportunity to lube the front end. No more squeak squeak!!

Stainless pipes are inherently quieter too... They won't give you the raspy, bumble bee noise you get from mild steel pipes.

Do tell us how you made those pods!?!

Did they show you bill of sale for your old truck? They could be pulling your leg about losing money on your truck. No offense to any salesman out there, but they could be trying to con you out of some cash. Dealerships don't lose money from my experience.
