It is legit, Mazda is buying back my 3!!! They are buying it back in full, just got the word yesterday! My 3 should be back in Mazda's hands in 2 to 3 weeks! I will be sure to post how the transaction goes!!

My lastest update on this stalling problem, would be that I finally got my 3 back. It was at the dealership from Dec. 5, 05 to Dec. 28, 05. This time they changed out the Purge Valve(again) and the Fuel Pump. But as they put it they can't say that it won't stall again. So we'll have to see...

I find it funny that you made that list for the simple fact, that I have alreasy done that for the dealership that I got the vehicle from and they also had me fill out a questionaire as well. I also give them a detailed list of directions with distances. And they still haven't been able to...

We have done that. They were still unable to figure out what is wrong. All they keep saying is if it continues to happen bring it back in. Which is such a hassle.
