It's frequently been -25C (-15F) in the mornings for the last few weeks where I am and I've never had this on mine. I'm not sure cold is the factor unless they did something different on Canadian models.

Isn't there some adapter or something that can adapt the Thule system to the factory rails that are already there? They're under the plastic covers on each side. This just seems like a bad idea.

In my experience with all versions I've had on my 2016, it's flakey until you delete ALL MMS messages (text messages with pics/vids/sounds). After I did that, it's been flawless. No need to clear out all your SMS, just the multimedia ones. (including the emojis, I think)

Cut the end off a junk pair of headphones and leave it plugged in to the aux input. Then set the audio source to aux when you want media off. Not exactly an elegant solution, but it will work... unless of course you actually use the aux input.

The 17" tire size for the CX-5 is 225/65r17 The 19" tire size for the CX-5 is 225/55r19 Yes, the Mazda 3 wheels will fit, but your 265/65 tires are the wrong size. Way too big.

Partially blown? What does that even mean? I've been working with electronic circuits for 20+ years and I have never once seen or heard of a "partially blown" fuse. A fuse is either open, or it's not. A poorly crimped connection could be right on point though.

The infotainment system in our cars is pretty hackable if you know what you're doing. Someone on another forum created an app for the system that gives you a digital speed readout, and in a graph with average speed...
