I've had this issue a couple times with the 3s... 5 is pretty much the same thing. No way to fix the problem without replacing the part. Try using a used part from a salvage yard. I've havve good luck with these

Its full when the pump clicks. Continuing to pump can cause fuel to enter the evap system and may saturate the charcoal canister with fuel. This will set a check engine light... and a replacement charcoal canister... not worth the lil bit of extra fuel imho

IF it doesn't operate from either the master switch or from the affected door it's most likely the window motor... Take the door panel off and using a dmm check for voltage at the connector by the motor... if you get 12v there.... motor is shot
