DO NOT buy those junk units from china. I was dumb enough to buy one years ago on another CUV and it sucked. screen was dim as hell, map updates are a joke, and so unreliable. plus if you have issues, you'll have a few months of waiting/shipping it back. Go to crutchfield and spend the extra $.

I like it and I would have probably bought it 15 years ago but not now. Most cx5 owners are not low 20 year olds looking to rice up their ride. Rims and leds is as far as I'd go.

For me, i was stuck on a touring only because I hate leather because they suck in the summer and the 19" rims have a rougher ride than the 17s. In the end you'll have to sacrifice something whether it be the cash or added features, just like any relationship. ;) Is a GT worth 31k? Not so much...

I find it hard getting an accurate reading on mpg mainly because the avg drops so much when the car sits idle on startup. On the highway I was getting high 20's and sometimes low 30's and low to mid 20's in the city on my awd '14. Right now on half a tank it says 21 which is kind of low on 50/50...

My radio/ground issue didn't happen until a few thousand miles into owning it. I would mention the parasitic draw to them and see if they can find it. It's a pain in the ass to do so they'll probably talk around it but worth a try.

Reclining rear seats, more lit buttons, courtesy lights/better cargo light and a rear camera that doesn't get blurred from rain would be great. Other than that, it's a solid attractive CUV.

I believe they are on the right and left corners of the rear bumpers.
