Got them in over the weekend. Took less than an hour, but it was such a pain in the ass nonetheless. I went with 35w 6000k. They look great. I'm very happy with the upgrade.

Thanks. I had at one point a set of Tein Stech's, but I sold them before I installed them because I ended up needing the money. It's almost paid off so I will probably mod it once that day comes.

This is my biggest gripe with my car. The stock speakers are almost unlistenable IMO. I think the OEM H/U doesn't put out much power per channel so you may need to think about installing an amp to push the new speakers as well.

That was my next option, but Davicho hooked it up. Hopefully I'll have time to get them installed this weekend.

My wife owned a 2006 Kia Spectra. I can honestly say that it was by far the worst vehicle I've ever dealt with. Horrible gas mileage for a small 4cyl., cheap cheap cheap materials used all around, horrible electronics and the paint was about the worst I've ever seen.

I just installed LED bulbs for my tail/brake lights. Zero issues and they look great. I just got the 15 LED red bulbs. Not super bright, but bright enough.

Thanks. That's kind of what I started to assume as I read more and more. What really bothers me is that the link provided on DDM Tuning's website to figure out bulb type is what caused this confusion in the first place. I hope they are willing to exchange without hassle.
