I just got some new rims and now I need some tires. I have a friend who has a set that will fit the rims but the are 245/40/R18. Would 245 Be too big? I'm not lowered at the moment but springs are next after rims. Any help would be great!

So my check engine light keeps coming on and off. there seems to be no rhyme or reason for it. it will come on out of no where and be on for a few days and i don't notice any power losses or the car running crappy. But then the next day it will be off for a couple of days or even a week...

Is it possible to just go to a dealer and ask for one of these letters so just so I have it? I guess what I'm asking is do I need that letter in order to be able to take advantage of the extended warranty? Or can i go to any dealer if it happens without it?

Thanks! Yes it is Liquid Platinum Metallic I love it. I just got my SRI on today and that made a huge difference. I was planning on getting a new BPV down the road but its plenty loud for my liking now. I'm hoping to give it a drop and some new wheels. That's pretty much it.
