if your timing jumps 1 tooth on the exaust cam will the motor still run

once again another spark plug blew up in motor n ther a mean ass tick in ther but i think its from sticky valves help me out....n did compression check 2day n the cylinder 4 wich is the 1 cylinder on the far right.... i think bent valves.....
