Been running a 626 manifold with no butterflys for a few years now with no problems. Edit: This manifold is on my built MSP, which of course originally had the manifold with VICS & VTCS.

I have that oil pan on my engine right now. Truthfully I'm a little dissapointed in the quality of some of the welding. There are places where oil seeps through the welds. Build the engine... Then reinforce your LSD... or at least start saving for these things. Keep chasing power in this car and you'll eventually need to do both.(2thumbs)

There is definately a lock-out mech for reverse in the MSP tranny. I just replaced the one inside S.A.MSP's tranny when we had the diff welded. It is about a $45-$50 part.
