While sitting in the car, have a friend douse the roof at various angles with a hose for several minutes. Look closely at all sealing surfaces for moisture and watch for drips. There are so many variables when attempting to find a leak as it could be coming from anywhere.

Heres another vote for replacing the RMS. When it starts leaking, you'll regret not having done it when you had the chance. The $8 part plus 15 minutes of time is well worth it.

The Nardi NB steering wheel with bag looks quite good in an NA. FWIW, it doesn't conflict at all with the interior styling of the later NAs.

Once you get everything going, replace those spliced hacks with a secure solder connection to avoid future problematic and intermittent connections. Are you sharing the VR sensor signal with the OE ECU? If so, how did you accomplish this?

The rear bar of that window is bolted in to place. There is a bolt or two at the bottom of the door and another at the top of the door. The bar the sorta clips in to the upper most part of that window support. Only the forward support is welded. To remove that glass, simply remove those 2...

That's always fun. I swapped my diff twice the past week. The goal was to change from a 4.3 to a 4.1. The first diff had pinion bearing noise, so I had to swap it with yet another. Doh.

No change here.

Congrats on the Miata! As for the suspension, I highly recommend the BC's. I've had mine for a couple years and have been very pleased.

The timing needs to be set exactly as below (sorry for the large image): There should be 19 teeth on the timing belt between the marks on the intake and exhaust cam gears at TDC. Good luck with the fix and welcome to the forums!

The driveline has been reassembled to the car and all seems well so far. The engine seems to run strong, but I have yet to drive the car. The next order of operation was to pressure test the induction system. I was dismally surprised at the number of leaks that popped up. There were 5 leaks...
