I can't believe no one has bought these, used or not they're still way more durable than the stock FSDE rods and verified to be well within spec. If I still had a MSP I would have bought these yesterday. FREE BUMP
I would also double check all of your grounds, you will have one on by the passenger side motor mount and 2 at the head on the driver side front. You will still get spark with the 626 cam gears in place just not when it should.
You dont need to swap both cam gears, only the exhaust one. It can also be swapped if you are skilled without removing the timing belt or tensioner, you just need to lock the crank and intake cam in place.
If there's a hole you will need a new engine, the block is toast. If you can get the car to Notheast PA I can get it fixed for a very reasonable rate for you.
