    If you use regular gas for both vehicles, the Palisade costs much more in gas. Here in Canada the savings would be $2500 CAD after 100k km (60k miles), according to my calculations based on combined gas mileage.

    I-stop is one feature I wish we could disable. I haven’t seen any mention of Cylinder Deactivation, so at least they didn’t implement that.

    Based on the HP/Torque specs of the top trims with Regular vs Premium gas, owners may just want to stick with regular as there is very little drop in performance. Torque stays the same while HP drops by only 20.

    In Canada the preliminary range provided by Mazda is 42km (26 miles). I noticed that the combined fuel economy, when only running on the 2.5L engine, is the same as the inline-6.

    The dealer First Drive Events are stilling occurring across the US. In this video (2:00 min mark) they showed the inline-6 badge blacked out on the lower trims, something I may have missed on previous videos.

    Mazda Canada said that the GS and GS-L trim would not arrive until this fall. As long as you ordered one of the upper level trims then you should have it in April or May.

    Yes, that is the turbo to the left of the engine. With the 2.5l the turbo was behind the engine which pushed it further into the engine bay.
