I purchased a cover for my 22 CX5 from Amazon and it works perfectly.

The top MAZDA line is supposed to included the Nav card.

Is it still under the factory warranty? $700 is ridicules. Go to AMAZON and check out.

Hi Conrad16.5. I tend to object when one word like stealerships leads many to categorize ALL mechanics and dealerships as BAD, and this is NOT reality, IMO. Ed

Conrad16.5: I have seen personally, my dealers' mechanic do an excellent job on replacing brake parts. I say this because I am a retired engineer who had preformed brake-jobs on my own vehicles and others when I was 30 years younger. Ed

I find it offensive that one self appointed expert likes to call all dealerships stealerships.

I would remove and clean all battery connections and if that doesn't work I'd consider a new battery.

I really like the MAZDA company but, in this case I think a new engine or FACTORY rebuilt is the minimum acceptable. No dealership rebuild here. Ed

I refused Mazda's offering and ordered one from Amazon which works well. In retrospect, I would use leverage when buying a new vehicle to INCLUDE the factory card.

An Upholster shop did the added padding. Looking at the seat you can barely tell the difference unless you are looking for it.

I really like my CX5 2022 except seats are just mediocre at best compared to Volvo, Acura, etc. I spent $110 to have additional padding installed in the drivers seat. Mazda really should listen to us. Ed

People just slam it down and break the latch. Close it nicely and no issues. :-)

iI think it's not totaled but, depends on the knowledge of the adjuster. I think not because it is a high dollar vehicle but that's my uneducated guess after have a similar issue.
