Width of a rim matters in relation to the offset. 7.5" with the wrong offset, will rub on the outside.

Something doesn't seem right to me. Are you sure you have 7" rims. Because Sir Nuke has the same kind of wheels his are +48 offset but they are also 7.5" wide. And he says he dosen't rub. So, with 7" you should not rub at all with + 43 offset on a 7" rim. Your distance to the fender is the...
