I know what you mean. Those exhaust tips and surrounds are the only thing cheesy about our cars.... Mazda design dept really dropped the ball on that one. The thing is I really want to do away with those and do an exhaust upgrade, but Im in a professional field where I often make house calls...

Never thought of that... or really have never even waxed wheels before. Is there a specific poduct for that or do you just use the same wax you use on your paint...ie carnuba based like Meguirs or Turtle or something?

Mine's an 06 too. I'm pretty sure 100k powertrain is SOP when it comes to vehicles. Pretty much like a 1yr warranty is standard on any elecronic purchase...that's actually a law.... s*** the powertrain warranty might be too. Ill have to check.

Personally.... wherever I go I park as far away from 'the sheep' as possible and take up multiple space. Kinda sucks having to walk that much further, but that's the price you pay for loving your car and feeling compeled to maintain that 'flawless' look. As long as it's not in a high traffic...

Partially true. There are categories A B and C to this TSB. Adjusting the pedal itself is one. Mine was a full clutch replacement... nothing to do with the pedal.

I personally feel the performance is better. Now mind you Im not speaking of the engine/ tranny performance, but how much more I get out of it and how much harder I can push it by not feeling that I need to drive it gently becasue it feels like I will break something.
