Thanks Captain If I get the intake manifold, and pistons from the FS-ZE will I reach the 170hp claimed by that engine without the ECU? From what I understand I probaly wouldn't. Is a $1000 Haltech the only solution?

My Dealership installed the Kartboy short shifter and bushings. They said no problem. I hope it's not a problem. As someone else said the short shifter only changes the throw to the driver. at least that's my understanding of the system.

If you are even thinking about this mod do it. As someone mentioned it takes all of 10 minutes to do and in my opinion they look great. Really draws the eye and adds a touch of class to the gauge cluster. And as it's been noted in other posts on the subject you won't get better service...

The fitting of the momo boot is not a simple drop in. The attachment on the Leather boot is an elastic base that would fit other cars I've seen. however the P5 boot attaches with a series of slits in the leather. You need to cut the elastic off the base of the momo boot and replicate the slits...
