If your car did not come with it then you dont have it. I is called a mid year refresh partway through the model year the manufactur adds something. When your car was put together mazda did not even offer the amp/subwoofer, so the wiring dose not exist. That shouldnt stop you from adding it....

I have read about the wiper mod for the PR5 so I looked at mine, it is an 03 with the mid year refresh (it has the subwoofer& amp). Well it has three wiper speeds intermitent 1 and 2. and the rear wiper has two speeds as well I belive. So is this new or will the unit from the MPV be an upgrade?
