i ran into this yesterday turns out the dust cover for the axle hub was lodged in the rim it took some doing but i just pulled off the wheel. looks like i need a machine shop

one other test is will the bulbs are out run water over the light and see if you can find water actually running into the light

yeah just take out the bulbs for an hour and let the air inside the light become the same temp as outside

they may not be leaking. the air that was traped in side the lights may have been damp. and a sudden change in temp. such as cold water will make them fog before you remove them. i would just take out the bulbs for awhile and see if that works. if not then you may need to cook them a little...

i haven't commented on the msp because i don't have one but, in my opinion all the problems i read about are only because of typical new engineering bugs. there are a few things the dealer can take care of but there still trying to work them out. i would hold on to the msp and sooner or later...
