Drove the P5 for the first time in months (wife usually drives it since I bought the LS430).. Noticed it now has 172K miles on it.. Still haven't gone in for the belt service.. Wife still has the approx 60 mile a day commute, so it'll keep racking 'em up. We drive the LS430 for weekend...

Made no sense to me either. Only thing I could surmise was a dragging parking brake.

Rolled past 160,000 miles on Sunday. Replaced tires (on 5th set), battery (once), brakepads (once, around 145K miles), headlights a couple of times (always fail in pairs, strange).. Everything else is original.

Mine went at least 140,000 with the rears going before the fronts.. Lots of highway driving helped them make it that far.
