I have the same problem. It happens every time I start out from first gear. I cant tell what it is but it is definitely coming from the front. At first I thought it was a motor mount but I checked them out and they looked fine.

Does the noise happen when you let out the clutch in first gear to take off? Because I am having a problem that sounds like yours. Only mine makes a ticking noise when I am taking off in first gear. And it doesnt happen all the time and only when I have a heavier load on the clutch.

Where do you work in Albany?

Just the pedal. The feeling on the pedal is not a hard knock. Its like a real light tapping. Its sporadic.

I have a +42 off set with 215/35/18 and the only time my tires rub is when i have a couple of people in the back seat, and that is not very often.

I have the prokit on my MSP and the shop put it to the right specs. I have even wear on all my tires. The front has -1 degrees of camber and it works awsome.

I went to my local body shop and they did it for like $10 bucks. I just went in and asked them what would be the best way to attach the wire mesh. They said for $10 bucks they would do it for me. It almost looked like some kind of grey caulking.

Where did you get yours from?

I got the Custom msp smic from protege garage and love it. I've heard some guys say that it doesnt fit right or they had a hard time putting it in. My install went good. One of the best buys i've made, price was right on. And Ken from protege garage was awsome.

Got them from Tri-pointengineering.com. They cost $79.00 shipped. should be here by thursday. How long did they last? I am just replacing my pads for the first time, 44k miles on the car.

Just wondering if anyone has the posi-quiet brake pads on their MSP's, and if they do how they like them ??? I just bought front and rears from Tri-point engineering, they should be here in a week.

Had the same problems. Ended up buying the injen and love it.

Not looking to do to much at first. Just want to see how many we get to meet. Get together and talk about mods, look at each others cars and talk about what we could do for the next meet. All depends who and how many we get to meet.(shrug)

Buy winter tires. I bought all season tires for the winter and i ended up going back to the same place and buying winter tires after the first real bad snow storm. Couldnt get up the hill that before my house. Had to wait for the snow plows. Even then i had a hard time. Get winter tires!!!
